Please read this agreement carefully before booking. By engaging our services, the client confirms they hold legal authority to enter this contract and accept all terms below.
This Agreement is between Sai Digital Studio and the Client. The photographer acts as an independent contractor. All services are governed by the clauses below.

Copyrights & Display
Sai Digital Studio retains the entire copyright on all photographs, films and creative works at all times, throughout the world.
The client grants permission for the studio to display photographs and videos across portfolio, advertising, social media, brochures, magazines, websites and sample albums — unless a written objection is received prior to the event.
Coverage & Reproduction
- Photography direction is at the photographer's discretion while fulfilling client requirements.
- Venue restrictions (temples, churches, restricted zones) may limit coverage area.
- Colors may vary due to available lighting conditions at the venue.
- The studio is not liable for how deliverables are reproduced or published on the internet.
- Technical failures beyond reasonable control are not the photographer's liability.
- All requested photographs will be attempted but cannot be guaranteed due to live event conditions.
Payment Policy
The advance payment is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
On the Day
- Our photographer will be the sole professional photographer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Meal breaks are required during extended coverage sessions.
- The client must arrange and provide power supply for studio equipment.
- Travel, accommodation and local conveyance must be arranged and funded by the client.
Failure to Perform
The studio bears no liability if services are prevented or disrupted due to delays, strikes, transport failures, legal restrictions, or any other events beyond our reasonable control.
Cancellation & Postponement
- The advance payment is strictly non-refundable in all cases.
- 30% of the total fee is charged for cancellations made within 24 hours of the event.
- 80% of the total fee is charged if the photographer has already departed or the event has begun.
- Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Confirmed events cannot be cancelled once the booking is processed.
Delivery & Deliverables
- Albums and edited videos are delivered within 45 days after the client completes their selection.
- Verification of all deliverables must be completed at our office.
- Raw data will be permanently deleted 7 days after delivery; all raw data must be collected within 4 months.
- Courier delivery is available with additional charges.
- Invitation template selection is required prior to production.
- Album selections must be submitted within 7 days. Client delays will extend the delivery timeline proportionally.
- Additional changes requested after final delivery will incur extra charges.
- No post-production work is carried out on Sundays and public holidays.
Digital Files
- No guarantee is given for digital file storage beyond 30 days.
- File formats and resolution are decided solely at the photographer's discretion.
- The studio may upload photos and videos to its platforms unless a written objection is received before the event.
Equipment & Safety
High-quality professional equipment is used at all events. Additionally:
- The photographer will not shoot in unsafe conditions — including events using laser lighting that may damage camera sensors.
- Drone permissions must be obtained by the client before the event date.
- Any fines or equipment confiscation due to restricted zone violations are the client's sole responsibility.
Misconduct & Non-Payment
- A family representative must be assigned by the client for on-site coordination.
- No complaints regarding missed shots will be entertained after event completion.
- All formal complaints must be submitted in writing.
- Services may be terminated immediately in cases of harassment, abuse, or non-payment.
- No refund will be issued in such cases.
- The client remains fully responsible for the total contracted payment regardless of termination.
No part of any order will be released or delivered until the full balance due has been received in full. Failure to complete payment forfeits the client's right to all deliverables.
