Terms & Conditions

This Agreement is by and between Sai Digital Studio and the Client. The Client agrees that they have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement. The photographer’s relationship with the Client is that of an independent contractor.

Copyrights

The Agency retains the entire copyright on the Photographs, Films and other works at all times, throughout the world.

Display

The Client allows the photographer to display photographs and videos for portfolio, advertising, social media, brochures, magazines, websites, sample albums, etc.

Coverage & Reproduction

  • Photography will be at the discretion of the photographer while trying to fulfill client requirements.
  • Venue restrictions (temple, church, etc.) may limit coverage.
  • Colors may vary due to lighting conditions.
  • The photographer is not liable for publishing deliverables on the Internet.
  • Technical failures beyond control are not the photographer’s liability.

Requested Photos

All requested photos will be attempted but cannot be guaranteed due to event conditions.

Payment Policy

  • 30% advance at booking.
  • 60% on the first event date.
  • 10% before final delivery.
  • Advance payment is non-refundable.

On The Day

  • The photographer will be the sole professional photographer unless agreed otherwise.
  • Meal breaks are required.
  • Client must arrange power supply.
  • Travel, accommodation & conveyance must be provided by client.

Failure To Perform

No liability if services are prevented due to delays, strikes, transport failures, legal restrictions, or other uncontrollable events.

Cancellations / Postponement

  • Advance is non-refundable.
  • 30% charges for cancellation within 24 hours.
  • 80% charges if photographer has departed or started the event.
  • Date changes require availability and additional charges.
  • Event cancellation is not permitted once confirmed.

Delivery

  • Albums & edited videos delivered within 45 days after selection.
  • Verification must be done at office.
  • Data deleted 7 days after delivery.
  • Courier delivery possible with extra charges.
  • Raw data must be collected within 4 months.

Deliverables

  • Invitation template selection required.
  • Album selection within 7 days.
  • Delays by client may extend delivery timeline.
  • Extra changes after final delivery incur charges.

Holidays

No post-production work on Sundays and public holidays.

Digital Files

  • No guarantee of digital file storage beyond 30 days.
  • Formats and resolution decided by photographer.
  • Company may upload photos/videos unless written objection is received.

Helping Hand

  • Client should assign a family representative for coordination.
  • No complaints about missed shots after event completion.
  • Written complaints only.

Working Hours

Specific event working hours apply. Extra hours are chargeable.

Equipment Safety

  • No unsafe shooting conditions (laser lights, etc.).
  • Drone permissions must be obtained by client.
  • Restricted zones may cause fines or confiscation.

Equipment Quality

High quality professional equipment will be used.

Misconduct / Non-Payment

  • Services may be terminated immediately in case of harassment or non-payment.
  • No refund in such cases.
  • Client remains responsible for full payment.

NO PART OF ANY ORDER WILL BE DELIVERED UNTIL THE BALANCE DUE IS PAID IN FULL.
